I left a previous review about Matrix Relocations as I was very upset. I have since been contacted by the CEO of the company who has contacted me personally and has gone out of his way to put the situation right. I have tried to edit the other review but there seems to be no way of doing this. I would personally like to thank the CEO for his efforts and the time he has spent with me so that we could come to a mutually agreeable conclusion.
