My belongings were picked up in Bulgaria and loaded onto the truck with care. They then went into storage for a month before being shipped to Spain. Somewhere along the way my items were treated like pure garbage and arrived at my new home smashed and broken. A lot of the boxes torn from the outside and things pulled out. Most of the boxes look like they have been thrown and the ones that said “fragile” on and showing an arrow for which way I wanted them kept has been totally disregarded. I have an antique grandfather clock the face of which was completely smashed, an antique Chinese box which has the leg ripped off and my husbands army medal presentation case completely smashed. The company do not want to take any responsibility for any of it. So, if you have treasured possessions you want moving DO NOT use this company!!!
