I would like to take this opportunity to clarify that VAT is obligatory across all European countries, including Greece. As you have been residing in Greece and possess a Greek VAT number, this should be familiar territory. Furthermore, our Order for Services form, which you signed to secure your booking, clearly stated, and indicated that VAT would be applicable. We believe this ensures transparency and prevents any misunderstandings regarding the final cost of our services plus government tax which cannot be avoided, therefore, your description of us being deceptive is out of place. We have confirmation from our partner in GERMANY that the delivery of your goods took place and everything was fine. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future under more favorable circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to address the issues you've raised and clarify the terms of our agreement with the booking agent as we did not have any signed agreement directly with you.

First, in terms of not assembling your furniture: our policy clearly states that IKEA furniture assembly is not part of our services. This policy exists due to the unique assembly requirements of IKEA products. This exclusion was outlined in
the contract to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. Regarding the handyman service, you paid for a 3-hour session, which we refunded upon discovering the task required significantly more time. It is our understanding that you have hired a handyman for 3 days. The extended time was necessary because the furniture needed to be completely disassembled and reassembled in order to fit your narrow window in Corfu old town; a situation that unfortunately extended beyond the scope of what was initially contracted.
Our crew unwrapped and removed a ll debris on the day of the removal. Removal of debris on a second occasion is an additional charge.

We made every effort to fulfill our obligations under the contract we have with our agent in Dubai, which was transparent from the beginning and you are copied in all communication. Our goal is to provide clear and reliable services, and we appreciate your understanding.Read more
